The wait time for an apartment can range from 2 to 10 years, depending on whether you are seeking an affordable or low-end market rent apartment. However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee specific wait times.
Applicants can expect to wait between 2-10 years for an apartment depending on waitlist preference. We maintain 3 different waiting lists:
- Low-End Market Rent 1 bedroom
- Low-End Market Rent 2 Bedroom
- Affordable Rent
