Annual Inspections

We have completed the 2024 Annual Inspections. Thank you to all of our tenants for your cooperation. Any maintenance issues that were identified during your annual inspection will be addressed in the near future.

Dogs in Common Areas

Please remember to keep your dog leashed when in the hallways at Collier Place. Pets are not allowed in the laundry room, garbage room or any other shared common spaces.

Junk Removal: April 24. Deadline to sign up: April 10.

Do you have unwanted items to dispose of? Now is the chance. Harley’s Junk Removal is offering Collier Place tenants a discount to remove your unwanted items. You will need to provide the office with a list of items you want removed and you will be provided with a quote. On April 24, Harley’s Junk Removal will pick up your items. Cash only. NO registrations after April 10.

Parking Reminder

Collier Place does not have visitor parking. Please remind your guests, delivery drivers, PSW’s etc. that the church parking lot is not public parking. Paid parking is available on Collier St. in front of the church.

Parking Lot Safety

It has come to our attention that we have had some unwanted visitors in our parking lots. We have hired a security guard to monitor our parking lots between 12am-5am for the next few weeks. If you ever witness anything that makes you feel unsafe ,or notice trespassers, you can report it to the office during business hours, call the superintendent on duty, or notify the police.
